In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic project team, working to deliver the exciting redevelopment of the Lynfield Mount Hospital site. You will provide essential administrative and project-related support, coordinate key project activities, and ensure the smooth operation of the project office.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating project meetings, producing vital documentation, develop and define the project's administrative processes and maintain high standards of performance. You will also play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of project management, from updating project plans to managing correspondence and organising events.

Main duties of the job

To work as part of a designated project team established to oversee the successful delivery of the proposed Lynfield Mount Hospital Redevelopment based on the current site.

The postholder will provide administrative and project related support to the Project Management Team as well as coordinate activity to support the scheme, facilitating key project meetings and producing various types of project documentation.

The postholder will assist in establishing and maintaining the project office, project controls and reporting mechanisms across all elements of the project and other enabling schemes

The postholder needs to be a motivated self-starter, who can pick up and run with complex issues.

The postholder will be required to work from the Lynfield Mount site and/or New Mill as required, with ad-hoc remote working opportunities available.
