An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated finance professional to join the Finance team at Bradford District Care Trust. This role is responsible for the provision of timely and accurate contract income information for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a role that requires management accounts experience and a wider understanding of the different elements of the NHS Finance regime.

A pro-active and positive approach, developing relationships with colleagues and being responsible for producing, analysing, and developing high quality financial information is essential.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be a key member of the Finance Team with particular responsibility for financial management of Research & Development service area and Contract Income.

The post holder will support senior managers throughout the Trust in business plans particularly the expansion of Research & Development services.

The post holder will be the Trust lead on the Trust's Contract Income with commissioners and provide detailed financial information to various stakeholders within the Trust and external to the Trust.

The Trust welcomes flexible working including flexible start/finish times and remote working. This role is primarily a home worker with flexible requirements for working from the office based in Saltaire.
