We're looking for someone enthusiastic, skilled, and visionary to lead our Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy Team and drive forward innovation in service delivery.
Permanent Position | 37.5 hours per weekThis role offers a unique opportunity to blend hands-on therapy work with operational leadership in a high-impact community setting. Your expertise will guide a talented team across communication and dysphagia pathways, and you'll oversee key areas like Voice Therapy and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Main duties of the job
To provide leadership and operational (inc. line) management to members of the adult community speech and language therapy team within Adult Community Services, Bradford District Care Foundation Trust.
To provide clinical expertise to teams including related to practice, safeguarding and provide support and guidance on complex case management.
To guide and support staff to make sound clinical decisions supporting the delivery of high-quality services.
To work in conjunction with the Leadership Team to implement new service models.
To actively engage with key partners and stakeholders to facilitate effective integrated working across the district.
To lead on defined pieces of work within the service to address key priority areas with the aim of maximising the impact of service delivery on positive outcomes.
To demonstrate the vision and values of the organisation while ensuring the quality and safety of services.
To ensure services are delivered within the available resource envelope and that the need for any additional resource is explained and escalated in accordance with Trust procedures.
