Job summary
We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant/Receptionist, who will work across and be trained in our Community Mental Health Receptions.
The role would be ideal for those with experience of patient and service user contact, an excellent telephone manner and a strong administration focus. Comprehensive training will be provided to the right person.
The administration assistant will support delivery of clerical support to a range of identified clinical services, prioritising and managing own workload using the workflow management system to respond to work activities, customer queries, responding to correspondence.
The administration assistant will provide support for:
- Trust receptions at designated Community sites
- General administration support for defined community based clinical services

Main duties of the job
The Administration Assistant/ Receptionist role will provide an efficient, effective and high quality administrative support to health and social care professionals and service users/patients within a community based or district wide team.
- Reception roles are within Community Health Centre's
- Admin Hub roles are within admin office environment
- All successful candidates will be required to travel.
We have x2 positions core hours of 9am - 5pm daily.
Flexibility to these hours will be a requirement where reception cover is needed dependent on the needs of the site.
