We are an award-winning shared pensions service who currently provide payroll and pension services to all NHS organisations within Bradford. We are looking to recruit highly motivated people with a "can do" attitude, who are not fazed by hard work and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Working alongside fellow payroll and pension professionals your job is to manage an agreed number of weekly and monthly paid employees ensuring their pension records are maintained accurately and on time.
Attention to detail is essential as is providing excellent customer service, first time every time. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels are a must.
The successful post holder must have experience of working in a busy Pension or Payroll Office together with the ability to investigate, analyse and process information and resolve technical enquiries.
The post is office based.

Main duties of the job
You will be an active member of the team, responsible for providing assistance and pensions advice to wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
You are able to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Ideally you will hold the Foundation Degree in Pensions or an equivalent qualification.
You will also have previous experience of working in a pensions department. Whilst not essential it would be ideal if you have knowledge of NHS payroll and pensions procedures and practices, NEST Pension administration and a working knowledge of ESR.
