Job summary
This new and exciting role is to provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to the Centre for Clinical Education and Professional Development, to support the delivery of the team's various functions.
The post holder will be a key team member within the wider Centre for Clinical Education and Professional Development which holds a wide and varied portfolio. The team has a proactive and innovative approach to its workstreams and engage with a wide and varied group of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation. The role will excellent organisation and communication skills alongside core administrative experience.

Main duties of the job
- Work as part of the Centre for Clinical Education and Professional Development team to provide a high level of customer service to staff, learners and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation.
- Support placement allocation for pre-registration student nursing associates, nurses and the allied health professions (including BDCFT apprentices)
- To support specific events and activities as part of the team's wide portfolio including online events.
- Support the coordination and booking of training and Continued Professional Development (CPD) provision.
- Managing administration of training/events being delivered - i.e. ordering resources, room set up, welcome.
- Support colleagues in any social media or internal communication campaigns (Twitter, posters and flyers)/
- Manage work experience enquiries and liaise with BDCFT identified placement sites to ensure completion of required risk assessments, induction and post placement evaluation.
- Produce various audit reports and trackers relating to quality assurance of BDCFT learning environments.
