The Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO) at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust supports the Trusts continuous improvement work, also called The Care Trust Way.

The team provides a high quality service offer for all teams and services across the Trust and external partners to support quality improvement work following the internationally recognised method of Lean Continuous Improvement. In practice this means we are a very busy department! Supporting colleagues across the organisation as well as system based programmes.

Main duties of the job

We need a keen and motivated administrator to support that workflow, diary management and to accurately track hundreds of candidates undertaking QI training, to support the team to problem solve and to have good verbal and written customer service skills to help us consistently improve the KPO experience for our customers. Additionally you will be responsible for the management of our social media engagement and communications.

Being central to the team in terms of co-ordination, your duties will cover diary management, data input and tracking of staff going through our QI training, support for the planning for QI events and other admin duties such as ordering. We are a forward thinking team and have embraced digital so absolutely essential the right candidate has good skills on Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, we also use Sharepoint and Teams daily.
