Job summary
We currently have two exciting opportunities to join the management team within the Clinical Administration Service.
We require Administration Hub Managers for our Physical Health Admin Hub and our Central Admin Hub. These posts will be accountable for the delivery of an efficient and effective administration and secretarial service to multi-disciplinary clinical services within an administrative environment.
The post holder is responsible for directly line managing the Administration Supervisors/Service Coordinators and is accountable to the Operational Manager for the performance of the team and quality of the work.
Major job responsibilities include:o Leading the admin team to deliver administrative support to a range of clinical serviceso Manage team performance, delivering activity within agreed standard operating procedureso Implementation and monitoring of quality standardso Developing and implementing standardised approaches to administrative worko Contribute and represent clinical admin services at working groups, projects and networksacross the Trust, feeding back relevant information to colleagueso Relationship management with clinicians and managers within area of remito Ensure workforce planning, training and deployment meet the needs of the service

This role has a home worker profile, but requires regular and flexible on site working, mainly at our Saltaire Head Quarters.
