Job summary

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work within the Community Dental Service as a Referral Administration Co-ordinator. The Community Dental Service provides dental care to vulnerable patients. This role requires someone who has compassion and empathy. It is a varied role, which requires the ability to multi task and time manage appropriately. The role requires the successful applicant to be IT literate, ensuring that they can competently use excel.

Main duties of the job

To provide efficient and effective clerical and administration support in relation to patient referral and correspondence received in the dental service. The post-holder will be required to carry out a range of duties defined within the job role.
