An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our growing team here at Bradford Talking Therapies (IAPT Service).

Main duties of the job
What is the role?
The post holder will join our Senior PWP team, supporting a team of qualified and trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs). The role involves providing regular supervision in the form of caseload management (1:1) and clinical skills (group) to supervisees in order to ensure that PWPs are enabled to continually develop and the quality of the service is maintained . The role also involves delivering assessments and evidence based Step 2 interventions to a small caseload of clients.
Additionally, the post holder will work alongside Bradford Talking Therapies (IAPT Service) management and leadership team in the development of Step 2, whilst helping the service achieve its required key performance indicators and excellent service delivery in accordance with clinical guidance. We are committed to working together to help us to evolve and meet the future needs of the diverse community that we serve.
This post is an excellent opportunity for an existing Senior PWP or a qualified PWP looking to develop.
The post holder will have completed the Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions (Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners Training) for Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) and will hold PWP registration with a recognised professional body for PWPs (BABCP/BPS).
