Highly Specialist Physiotherapist Respiratory Band 7
We have a full time (37.5 hours) Band 7 post available in the Luton locality.
We are looking for a clinician who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, likes working in a team and wants to provide the best they can to their patients.
The applicant should have substantial post graduate experience in respiratory care.

Main duties of the job
To be the lead physiotherapy clinician for pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory service.
To support on maintaining PRSAS Accreditation
To assist the Team Lead to manage, develop and evaluate the pulmonary rehab element of the service in conjunction with other senior staff members, to ensure that a proficient and effective service is provided to all patients.
To undertake the advanced assessment and treatment of patients with a respiratory diagnosis that will have complex and / or chronic presentation and to determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment indicated and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
To supervise, support and educate junior practitioners with their patient management.
To undertake clinical duties in a number of ways including face to face consultations, virtual consultations and group settings.
