If so iCaSH Cambridgeshire are looking for a full time (37.5 hours p/w) Sexual Health Outreach Co-Ordinator. Please advise us of any flexible working proposals in your application which can be discussed at interview stage.
This role will involve operational management of the sexual health promotion and HIV prevention service targeted at vulnerable communities and high-risk groups identified in Cambridgeshire
It will also be responsible for ensuring delivery of sexual health prevention, Chlamydia screening, HIV point of care testing (POCT) and condom distribution.
Hours will be flexible to include evenings and weekends

Main duties of the job
Provide line manager responsibility, supervision, operational management to the outreach staff teams in Cambridgeshire
Provide effective planning, coordination and delivery of Chlamydia screening, to include dual testing and results management, with young people aged 15-24 years across the counties.
Ensure the effective planning, coordination and delivery of targeted HIV POCT across the county, supporting local agencies with training and resources to deliver it within their service if appropriate.
Provide of training for the outreach workers to manage an HIV positive diagnosis following a POCT.
Ensure the effective planning, coordination and delivery of condom distribution services targeted at young people, vulnerable and high-risk groups across the counties.
Co-ordinate the GP and Pharmacy, NCSP kits ensuring all relevant information, training and supplies, are up to date.
Develop and deliver innovative health promotion interventions addressing the needs of the local population.
Working with the Co-production team to actively engage with high risk, vulnerable and underrepresented groups in Cambridgeshire.
Network and build relationships with relevant community organisations encouraging them to take part in the countywide outreach schemes.
