Adult Community Mental Health Clinical Lead

This is an unique opportunity to be at the lead, and develop our Early Intervention and Adult Community Mental Health Team in North Warwickshire.
The teams support those with severe mental illness, to work in a recovery focussed trauma informed way to provide the best care possible to the residents of North warwickshire
The service is being developed in conjunction with health, social care, statutory and voluntary sector partners to have an integrated service with partnership working.
You will work alongisde other clinical leads across the trust including those in other CMH services as well as specialist leads to provide collaborative expertise and support across all of our services
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be based across North Warwickshire, the role will have the expectation of clinically leading the Community Mental Health and Early Intervention teams. You will be part of the overall health and social care management and leadership team.
You will work alongside managers/clinical leads to develop the service and support staff with complex caseload management by providing joint working, professional guidance and supervision. You will also be in charge of developing the model of practice, evidence based interventions and outcome monitoring as well as liaising with other agencies, charities and voluntary sectors. (Rethink/MIND/CGL etc)
You will be responsible for service audits, safety and quality aspects of care delivery and in charge of any learning on a clinical level. Patient flow will be a key area of this role, especially working with internal and external partners on this.
