Band 4 Admin Team Co-Ordinator Full Time 37.5 hours per week based at Longford Primary Care Centre
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity now available and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to line manage and co-ordinate the administrative staff functions within the Community Dementia and Older Adults Team at Longford Primary Care Centre in Coventry.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will need to provide oversight to the roles of the administrative staff in the provision of a comprehensive administration & data co-ordination support service, supporting the Senior Admin Lead.
You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis.
We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.
We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic person who has excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and a high level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams etc).
This is a very busy role and the successful candidate will need to be able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a busy environment without direct supervision to meet challenging demands.
