Job summary
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is expanding its OD and Leadership Development offer and are seeking two Organisational Development & Leadership Practitioners. These roles will be key to shaping, delivering and embedding strategic organisational development and leadership initiatives across the Trust. Supporting our ambition to be an innovative, inclusive and forward-thinking teaching organisation, the post holders will work closely with the OD and Talent Manager and colleagues across Team Learn and the People Team to design, deliver, evaluate and continuously improve leadership and management development programmes in addition to provide bespoke OD support for our Teams. The roles will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, face-to-face leadership training, support the development of blended learning solutions, and contribute to the implementation of the NHSE Management and Leadership Framework, including supporting self-assessments, appraisals and 360-degree feedback. CWPT is on a cultural journey and instrumental to this will be embedding the Trust's HEART culture framework. The successful candidates will bring creativity, strong communication skills and a passion for developing others, helping to build leadership capability, strengthen organisational culture and support high-quality, compassionate care across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
Key areas of focus include:
Instrumental in supporting the Trust's Culture Framework - HEART
Designing, developing, evaluating and facilitating Leadership and Management training
Maintaining and updating the Trust's Leadership Development Offering
Contributing to the implementation of the NHSE Management and Leadership Framework, Self-Assessment tool, Appraisal and 360 roll out.
