Main duties of the job
Undertake both holistic and specific (e.g. functional, sensory) occupational assessment of physical and mental health and wellbeing needs.
Plan, deliver and evaluate effective and evidenced based occupational therapy interventions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the therapeuticward community and environment, embracing current clinical initiatives i.e. Sensory Friendly, Trauma Informed practices.
Establish relationships and collaborate with the range of parties engaged in the person's care, in response to their needs e.g. MDT, EBEs, carers, range of community services.
Supervise and contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of therapeutic ward activities.

o Rapport building & graded engagement
