Admin and Data Quality Assistant - Forensic Community Mental Health Team

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday between 09.00am - 17.00pm
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting mental health services? We are looking for an Admin and Data Quality Assistant to join our Forensic Community Mental Health Team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting us to further develop and ensure the smooth running of our forensic mental health pathway. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers, while taking responsibility for data quality across our clinical systems. Your work will help us deliver safe, effective, and efficient care to service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to service development projects and improvements
Develop, review and refine administrative systems and processes.
Be responsible for Data input /collection, performance metrics, data analysis and cleansing.
Organise and minute Multi-Disciplinary, Business, Professional and Service Development Meetings.
Manage referrals, appointment scheduling, and interpreter bookings.
- Maintain accurate records on clinical systems (Carenotes) and ensure data quality.
- Produce and manage spreadsheets, collate data for audits and reports.
- Support the team with calendar management, correspondence, and information requests.
