Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Learning Disabilities and Autism (LDA), InPatient Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will work closely with and deputise for the In-Patient General Manager assuming responsibility for: day to day operational management of Brooklands site and services.
You will need to demonstrate substantial middle management/leadership experience, proven evidence delivering key performance indicators, safety and quality, efficient and effective utilization of available workforce and structural resources, service improvement, within budget and financial targets, effective internal/external partnership working that enables the delivery of shared project outcomes and supports national, policy drivers and local transformation programmes.
The successful candidate must have strong verbal communication skills, ability to translate, analyse and present complex information to a variety of internal/external audiences. Ability to manage/prioritise workload demands, deliver change, using a range of project management tools and/or service redesign methodology, plan for short, medium and long-term timescales and adjust plans/resources, to respond to unexpected demands. Be dedicated to the delivery of quality Patient services and our service users experience.

Main duties of the job
The post holder is a key member of the Senior Management Team and will assume day-to-day responsibility for the operational management and delivery of Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Inpatient services including; patient /service activity, key performance indicators, safety and quality, finance management, oversight of the In Patient services estates and workforce matters.
