We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our friendly and supportive Recruitment Services Team as a Recruitment Officer. In this key role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently, helping us attract and onboard the best talent.
Main duties of the job
Working closely with the Recruitment Team Leader and Recruitment Assistant, you will manage a varied recruitment caseload. This includes:
- Advertising vacancies
- Coordinating shortlisting processes
- Sending interview invitations
- Supporting candidates throughout their journey with us
- Liaising with managers and HR teams to keep everything on track

- Can handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
