Job summary
Full Time, Team Secretary to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm based at Longford Primary Care Centre in the Memory Assessment and Community Dementia Services admin team.
Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent secretarial, communication and organisational skills to join the admin team who support the Dementia and Memory Assessment Service. The service consists of a team of clinicians from different professional backgrounds with skills in assessing people to see if they have dementia. They also provide post diagnostic information and other support for people who have just been given a diagnosis of dementia.
Most of our assessments are carried out in clinics depending on where you live. However, if you have difficulties getting into clinic, perhaps due to physical health or mobility difficulties the assessment can take place at home.
Main duties of the job
Team Secretaries are vital members of the team providing support to clinicians and managers and supervising the day to day workload of the Admin Support colleagues.You will support the standardisation of admin support across the Trust to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the admin support received by clinical services. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements and able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work.
