Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our RISE Services as a Waiting List Co-ordinator on a full-time basis, within the Intervention Pathway Hub Team.

The post holder will have excellent organisational skills, effective communication skills and the ability to be innovative in regards to the way in which clinical assessments and interventions are co-ordinated. Attention to detail is imperative and experience processing complex information is beneficial.

You will play important roles supporting our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and will be base cover activity within the the RISE Specialist Mental Health Services.

This role will be office based at The Abbey RISE Centre in Nuneaton.

Main duties of the job

  • To effectively manage and efficiently co-ordinate a centralised waiting list providing support to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) within Specialist Mental Health.
  • To be the first point of contact, co-ordinating the waiting list allocations, activity and group sessions for services.
  • Liaise and work closely with Clinical and operational team Leads
  • Use own initiative and able to work unsupervised, undertaking specific project work as and when necessary.
  • Plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquiries both internal and external to the organisation.

The Intervention Pathway Hub Team strives to support an efficient and transparent intervention pathway for young people and families, through Specialist Mental Health Services in RISE, alongside providing accurate data to assist future developments.
