Medical Secretary, RISE team at Whitestone Clinic, Nuneaton. Full Time 37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity is available for individuals with excellent secretarial and organisational skills to join our RISE Team.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will play an important role within the RISE Admin Team, providing an efficient and comprehensive secretarial service to two Consultant Psychiatrists in our RISE Service, acting as a first point of contact for service users, staff and stakeholders, exercising judgement and resolving problems. Previous Medical Secretarial experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will work within an integrated and skill mixed Admin Team for the building, providing complex admin support and coordinating the admin support required by the clinical services. You will manage the Admin Team based at Whitestone Clinic which comprises of three Team Secretaries and two Admin Support colleagues, so line management experience would be an advantage. You will be required to delegate tasks as appropriate to effectively and efficiently support clinical service delivery.
