Job summary
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our RISE Services as a Waiting List Manager on a full-time basis, within the Intervention Pathway Hub Team.
The post holder will have excellent organisational skills, effective communication skills and the ability to be innovative in regards to the way in which clinical assessments and interventions are co-ordinated.
You will play important roles supporting our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and will be base cover activity within the the RISE Specialist Mental Health Services.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the Specialist Mental Health activity is co-ordinated and recorded. To ensure that there is the provision of a specialist effective, multi-skilled, flexible administrative capability to support requirements. To ensure efficient processes and systems are in place, making effective use the Trust's Business systems and rules; to support the Business Manager / Operational Service.
The post holder will line manage a team of administrative staff, contribute to data collection and reporting processes and enable flow for the Young People and their Families accessing the service.

Qualifications
Essential
- English and Maths GCSE grades A-C or or equivalent qualification/ experience/ willing to work towards completion of this.
- Good understanding of a range of business support processes.
- Proven ability to prioritise and organise own workload and others
- Able to use initiative to recommend improvements to administrative processes
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good understanding of administrative processes within the NHS
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Desirable
- Qualifications in business administration, or business studies subjects (eg. NVQ 4 level or equivalent).
