Job summary

Admin Team Co-ordinator, Dementia Services, Longford. Full time 37.5 hours per week. Secondment cover until September 2025.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has an exciting 12 month secondment opportunity available for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organisation skills to apply for the role of Admin Team Coordinator within the Coventry Memory Assessment and Community Dementia Service based at Longford Primary Care Centre in Coventry.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will need to provide oversight to the roles of the administrative staff in the provision of a comprehensive administration & data co-ordination support service, supporting the Senior Admin Lead. You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.

You will be expected to use your own initiative and able to work unsupervised, undertaking specific project work as necessary.
