37.5 hours per week, Permanent.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills to support the administration function of the new 'HSJ Award' winning Physical Health Team within Community Mental Health at CWPT.

This is your chance to become part of an exciting new Team, who are working to improving the life expectancy and general Physical Health of CWPT patients who suffer with 'Severe Mental Illness'.

The successful candidate will work closely with an intimate team of 'Physical Health Practitioners', 'Nurse', 'Paramedic' and 'Clinical Lead' to provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service and secretarial support towards clinic management function, as well as standardisation of admin functions across the Trust. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working closely within a small team and want to help make a huge difference in the delivery of Physical Health Care within Mental Health Services.
