You will play a role in welcoming, supporting and seeing peer workers flourish in new roles.

About us

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire, and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services. We see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

The team works with people aged 14 to 65 who are experiencing early psychosis and their families, as well as with people presenting in an at-risk mental state. Compassionate care is at the heart of what we do, and the contribution of psychology and provision of psychological interventions is highly valued. We have a strong commitment to provide an excellent standard of care and to continually improve, and we are keen see our psychologists and CBT therapists flourish and develop.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust has embraced remote working and one of the benefits of this post is the flexibility to spend time working both in the office and at home.
