Director of Children's Services

It's an incredibly exciting time at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. The Board is in the process of "resetting" the Trust direction, which has resulted in some changes to the organisation's core purpose.

This has provided the Trust with a huge opportunity to focus on and become a leader in the development of integrated children's services.

The role of Director of Children's Services will be central to achieving this ambition and will lead and develop the formulation of this new directorate. You will drive improvements in performance, and shape services across CWPT and across the Coventry and Warwickshire system.

You will lead on operational procedures to optimise efficiency and performance across the breadth of our services and will ensure patient care is maintained to the highest levels of safety, quality, and governance. You will promote a culture that is collaborative and inclusive, and ensure services are co-produced with our Experts by Experience and other stakeholders.
