Job summary
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity now available and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to work within Acute mental health services. You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills.
The post holder will be required to work within a multi-disciplinary age independent 24/7 mental health Access Hub and Home treatment service. The hours of this role are Monday - Friday 9-5pm The Home Treatment Team provides a service to people who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis (functional or Organic) who require urgent assessment to determine the required interventions using the least restrictive environment to facilitate recovery within the community. The Access Hub is the front door to all referrals to mental health services into Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.

Main duties of the job
The post is designed to deliver a dual function of clinical (at the discretion of the service leads) and administrative support to the team. This will include responsibilities around key tasks relating to the efficient team functioning.
The post holder will need to provide oversight to the roles of the administrative staff in the provision of a comprehensive administration & data co-ordination support service, supporting the service leads You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.
You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible to support the team.
