Band 2 - Admin Support / Outpatient Receptionist:
Working hours - pattern - 30hrs (8.45am - 5pm) with 45mins lunch - Mondays, Tuesday's, Thursday's and Friday's
Our Leamington Outpatients services is base at St Mary's Lodge, Leamington Spa and supports Community Adult Mental Health Services delivering clinical out-patient and home treatment care to the local Warwickshire communities.
Main duties of the job
Who we're Seeking: We're looking for applicants ideally with previous admin/reception experience to join our current admin team in providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers, supporting the growing demand for provision of care within adult mental health services.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable with effective communication skills, who can build good working relationships within a fast-paced environment. As well as being a team player, we seek applicants who can demonstrate sensitivity/confidentiality due to the nature of the service and able to work autonomously with a flexible approach and strong work ethic to prioritise and multi-task.
