Prince's Trust Employability ProgrammeCoventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are working in collaboration with the Prince's Trust to deliver an NHS specialised Employability Programme. The main focus of the course it to support aspiring 18 - 30 year olds into potential NHS careers.

Throughout the duration of the course you will have the opportunity to understand and gain knowledge of what it is like to work within NHS organisations, and what NHS Employers look for in potential candidates.

The course also offers 6 days (over the 4 week period) work experience placements, clinical and non clinical dependant on the successful candidates preferences, within the different services Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership trust offer.

Course dates are running from 2nd October - 26 October 2023

Main duties of the job

What is involved?

The programme contains a series of different training sessions in which the candidates will be able to work on their interview skills, application skills and their presentation skills.

Some of the training incorporated within the course also includes: Mental Health Awareness and First Aid at Work.

All candidates will be expected to attend each session and placements throughout the duration of the course.
