Job summary

You will work as a Vaccination Admin Coordinator within the Covid-19 Vaccination Service as a part of the multidisciplinary team.

The post holder will take an active role in supporting the work relating to delivering an effective vaccination service to the local community in different settings; care homes, house bound, pop-ups and clinics.

The post holder will hold a QCF Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent qualification and be confident using the Microsoft Office suite.

You will be required to work predominantly Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm, however, it is a 7 day a week service so weekend work maybe required.

Main duties of the job

To support the smooth running of the Covid 19 Vaccination programme by undertaking a wide range of general administrative duties including but not limited to, creating and maintaining up to date spreadsheets, data input, routine typing and mail merge.

To respond to routine queries from staff and service users appropriately and with reference to the Data Protection Act and the Information Sharing Protocol.

Liaise and work closely with the clinical and non-clinical team.

To assist managers and clinicians with service development/redesign and project work.

Must be able to plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work to

Meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquiries both internal and external to the organisation.

To support the implementation and transition of the new ways of working across the A&C team.
