Job summary

Our team are looking for a motivated individual to become our:

Talent for Care Administrator - Band 2

37.5 hours per week

Based in: Wayside House, Coventry, but will be required to travel to other locations within Coventry & Warwickshire.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a motivated individual to assist the Talent for Care Team deliver the Health Education England 'Talent for Care' strategy and supporting widening participation across the Trust, providing administration support on the implementation of the care certificate framework, work experience programmes, apprenticeship standards and employment programmes.

You will have an eye for detail and be able to input, submit and collect data from databases. You will have compassion when supporting employment programmes, work experience placements and pastural support to our Apprentices.

We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills and have good computer skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Power Point and Excel.
