Team Secretary - Band 3
Team: Perinatal
Base: Primary Health Care Centre, Willenhall, Coventry
1 x 37.5 hours per week - Fixed term contract (12 months)
1 x 22.5 hours per week - Permanent (Weds, Thurs & Fri)

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills to support the administration function based at Willenhall Health Centre.
The successful candidate will provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service and secretarial support to clinicians and managers supporting the clinic management function, as well as standardisation of admin functions across the Trust. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.
You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. This is an excellent career development opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to pursue an administrative career in the NHS.
