Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Immunisation Nurse (Clinical Supervisor) to join the Covid Immunisation Service.
As part of the team, you will be clinically supervising staff to ensure a safe and effective service for the delivery of COVID-19 vaccinations.
The Covid Service provides vaccinations in a variety of community settings including residential homes, patient's own homes, static and pop-up clinics across Coventry & Warwickshire.
Main duties of the job
You will also work as part of the team to plan, deliver and evaluate effective Covid vaccination programmes.
You will work alongside the operational lead and service manager to develop the service and improve the immunisation uptake.
You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns including evenings and weekends.
You will need to be a Registered Nurse with substantial experience of providing immunisation and vaccination and have completed or willing to complete a recognised immunisation and vaccination training programme.
