Job summary
We
are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our Community Nursing teams across
the County Durham and Darlington localities. The teams provide a service
between the hours of 8am and 9pm 7 days a week on a duty roster. The role
involves providing holistic nursing care to adult patients in their own home or
residential care setting. Successful applicants will be required to hold a
first level nursing registration with the NMC, additional training specific to
the role can be provided.

We provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
