Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the clinical team in providing
care to patients, regularly working without the direct supervision of a
registered nurse;
-Performing additional skills appropriate to ward/department
-Recording detailed clinical information and contributing to
written patient records
-Representing the team as link nurse.
