The Clinical Teaching Team Lead (CTTL) plays a pivotal
leadership role in the delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of
undergraduate medical education across County Durham and Darlington NHS
Foundation Trust.
The post-holder will manage clinical educators and teaching
fellows, oversee MBBS rotations, and ensure teaching aligns with GMC and
university standards. They will support student wellbeing, lead on quality

Main duties of the job
As Clinical Teaching Team Lead, you will play a central role

professional growth of education staff, and ensure students are well-prepared
for clinical practice. Working closely with university partners and clinical
