Ensure clinical activity is
managed and risks identified across gynaecology.
Ensure clinical sessions are
utilised effectively. Postholder will be
required to negotiate the use of clinical sessions with a range of clinical
staff from both within and external to the clinical team.
Validate data and ensure that
waiting lists are accurate and risks identified.
Act as an interface with Patient
Access Team and Informatics Team to ensure waiting lists are managed
effectively.
Work closely with the Operational Manager to
provide support.

Main duties of the job
Provide project management support
to the Operational Manager, preparing project plans and reports.
Monitor the consultant annual
leave and study leave requests, making arrangement for adjustments in clinic
and theatre sessions.
Ensure theatre list and clinics
are fully utilised.
Validate waiting list reports.
Collate an prepare reports for the Operational
Manager, including maintenance of activity monitoring tools.
