We are looking for a dynamic Specialist
Physiotherapist to join our Countywide Community Neuro Rehab Team. This post will be based at Chester-le-Street
or Sedgefield community hospital.
Main duties of the job
As a member of the organisation the post holder will
independently manage their own caseload in the community providing goal led
interventions following a comprehensive assessment. You will develop a highly specialist
knowledge of many neurological conditions and the application of the
physiotherapy process with these patients.
