We are looking for a dynamic Specialist Physiotherapist to join our Countywide Community Neuro Rehab Team. This post will be based at Chester-le-Street or Sedgefield community hospital.

Main duties of the job

As a member of the organisation the post holder will independently manage their own caseload in the community providing goal led interventions following a comprehensive assessment. You will develop a highly specialist knowledge of many neurological conditions and the application of the physiotherapy process with these patients.

The successful applicant would work Monday to Friday into the Community Neuro Rehab Service.
