Job summary
Ward 43/ ARU is looking for a senior Band 5 who is wanting
to develop into a role of Band 6 Clinical Sister/ Charge Nurse. the role will be to work as a clinical nurse
on the ward and showing leadership and support to the junior team.
it will be a role to help develop the junior nurses in the
role of Respiratory Nursing.
it will the responsibility of the Sister/ Charge Nurse to
manage a team of staff under the supervision on the Ward Manager with all
aspects of the development, sickness, compliance and Role.
You will also provide the team with senior
support and help in the role on Acute Respiratory Unit, in all aspects of NIV,
HFNO and CPAP.
