Job summary

This is an opportunity to join the physiotherapy assistant bank within the adult physiotherapy team in CDDFT. We are looking for applicants with experience of working with inpatients or in a rehabilitation environment.

Main duties of the job

Shifts will mainly involve working throughout the 3 inpatient sites at UHND, DMH and BAH. The successful applicant will work as part of a team to provide rehabilitation to clients in inpatient settings.

To be eligible for Health and Care Worker visa sponsorship you will usually need to be paid at least £25,600 per year

We provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.

You will work with access to supervision and guidance of a qualified senior member of staff.
