Are you ready to make a real impact in the NHS? We're looking for a dynamic and detail-drivenProject Analystto join our newly establishedProgramme Management Office (PMO)-- a strategic hub designed to drive the delivery of our most complex and high-priority programmes.
As a Trust, we face significant financial challenges, and this role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of key programmes that will shape our future -- including theWaste Reduction Programme (WRP)and theSingle Improvement Plan (SIP).
Please note this role is restricted to staff from the following trusts:

Main duties of the job
As aProject Analyst, you'll be at the heart of transformational change -- working closely with senior clinical, operational, and corporate teams to drive the successful implementation of major programmes. You'll prepare insightful reports and documentation that inform strategic decisions, while tracking key milestones and savings to ensure we stay on course. With a sharp analytical eye, you'll uncover opportunities for improvement through high-level data analysis and foster strong relationships across portfolios to maximise engagement and impact. Your expertise will support the development of robust project documentation, risk management strategies, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget -- helping shape a more efficient and effective future for our Trust.
