Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual as a Clerical Officer, in our friendly Sterile Service Department at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
You will provide admin support to the SSD team. You will be expected to undertake a range of duties and should be well organised and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of Departments . You must be a good team player who is energetic, enthusiastic, acceptable of change and able to work well under pressure in a busy environment as well as being able to work using their own initiative.
Main duties of the job
We need you to have excellent communication, administration and organisational skills, whilst attention to detail being a key characteristic. Ensuring that decontamination standards and quality management system are maintained, have a strongly held commitment to high standards of service delivery.
Some of your Day to Day Duties will include:
- Responding to external and internal queries/complaints and refer to appropriate person if required
- Completion and reporting maintenance jobs through Estates web based FM First system
- Understanding and administration of the Quality Management System Documentation
