Job summary
The post holder will be required to provide a confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Ward Manager, Operational Manager and Multi-Disciplinary Team.
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of all inpatient related information, ensuring patient records and finances are appropriate and up to date.
The post holder will have daily contact with the service users who may present with challenging behaviour at times.
The post holder will be based at the John Denmark Unit, Prestwich although there may be a need to work from a different base, but this will be within the Trust footprint; there is a need for working flexibly throughout the directorate as required.

- Relevant level 2 competency-based qualification (such as RSA or NVQ)
- English GCSE - Grade C or equivalent
Desirable
- ECDL Qualification or working towards.
- Willingness to attend training sessions and attain further qualifications as required

- Experience of administration / secretarial experience
