Job summary
To provide a full, comprehensive, and confidential administrative service to the MDDLS team (Manchester Dual Diagnosis Liaison Service) and Homeless Service teams, based at Central Park, Manchester. There will also be a requirement to work from Hexagon Tower (Manchester) during the week, as part of support for the MDDLS team.To be an initial point of contact for the MDDLS team and Homeless Service teams and respond to all enquiries in a professionaland sensitive manner, and to provide a responsive and comprehensive clerical and administrative service.The Team Administrator will undertake general office duties including typing of minutes, reports, other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing, diary management and dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal and external agencies.To meet the needs of the Trust, you may be required from time to time to work outside of your normal geographical area of work. The Trust reserves the right to change your normal area of work to any other location within the Trust.

- oRecognised competency- based level 2 qualification in a relevant subject (e.g., NVQ, BTEC QCF, Apprenticeship), or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- oDatabase/Spreadsheet/Power Point Qualification/experience.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrable experience
Knowledge and Experience

- oDemonstrate Administrative Experience. Experience of dealing with a range of people over the phone and face to face
- Ability to prioritise and plan around conflicting work demands.
- oExperience of minute taking to capture the main points of discussions / formal meetings.
