A fantastic opportunity to become the Team Manager of the Salford Older Adult Community Mental Health Services has become available. This is a wonderful well staff integrated team comprising of a wide variety of professionals which makes effective and efficientdelivery of high quality services a reality.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leadership, and development of a multi-disciplinary older adult Community Mental Health Team (OACMHT). The team is integrated, flexible, user-focussed, and recovery-orientated to deliver a safe, effective, and high-quality service to service users with mental health needs, to ensure delivery of the relevant clinical pathways (functional or organic) as outlined within the OACMHT standard operational procedure.
Participation as a member of the Community Services Management Team in the overall management of community based secondary mental health services.
Participate in the service bronze on site / on call rota as required.
