An opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary in the FCAMHSTeam. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high-quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, IT competency in Word, Excel and Outlook and a broad range of administrative experience. You will be part of the FCAMHS team providingadmin cover to our service users, clinicians and other health professionals.

Main duties of the job
To provide a full, comprehensive and confidential secretarial service to a team of professionals with the CAMHS Service.
To be an initial point of contact for the service and respond to all enquiries in a professional and sensitive manner, and to provide a responsive and comprehensive clerical and secretarial service to a designated professional team.
The Team Secretary will undertake general office duties including typing of minutes, reports, other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing, diary management and dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal and external agencies.
This role will be responsible for the effective coordination to track all service users from referral to discharge ensuring all appointment and correspondence are within local and national targets.
