1 X 35 hour post
Job Purpose:To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within the hospital, ensuring compliance with infection control standards and supporting the well being of patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform cleaning duties in patient areas, staff rooms, offices, and communal spaces according to hospital standards.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and sanitary facilities are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
- Handle waste disposal safely, following infection control and clinical waste protocols.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
- Adhere to confidentiality and safeguarding policies when working in patient areas.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE and COSHH guidelines.
Please note - This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.

Experience not essential as full training will be given.
