The Team Administrator will be responsible for receiving, processing and forwarding referrals at the first point of access. The successful applicant will be part of the GM Liaison and Diversion team based at Central Park. Attention to detail and fast paced person who is able to manage referrals in an efficient manner. Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to provide a confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Liaison and Diversion Team. The post holder is also responsible for managing referrals that come into the team, sending out appointment letters and mailshots, dealing with all telephone calls and in person requests that come intothe service and ensuring that any response in within a timely manner.
Additional duties include the minute taking of daily meetings and other general administrative duties.
