Job summary
  To support the Senior Medical Administrator in providing a comprehensive administrative service to the medical teams within the Bolton Adult Community Mental Health Team.
 The Medical Administrator will undertake general office duties including the typing of medical and other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing. They will answer and manage calls from service uses and their carers / relatives and other health and social care professionals. They will book appointments for service users and send all relevant correspondence relating to service user appointments, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  Main duties of the job
  Undertaking audio and clerical duties, minuting meetings, organising doctors diaries, booking clinics, maintaining high level of accuracy and data quality within the Patient Electronic record system. Typing of clinical letters and reports. Be the first point of contact for patients, carers and other health professionals. Liaising with GP's and other agencies such as Social Services, Coroners Office, general hospital administration etc. Be a member of the Multi-disciplinary team and attending daily zoning meetings. Ensuring all local and national data quality targets are monitored and adhered to
